This coed camp is designed for gymnasts ages 3-5. We will be focusing on coordination, strength, flexibility and tumbling skills. The gymnasts will be learning basic tumbling skills, such as forward and backward rolls, bridges, cartwheels and handstands. We also will be working on balance beam and bar skills.

Come enjoy four days of artistic fun. This art camp will introduce each participant to a variety of painting and drawing techniques. The instructor works with each student to suit his or her skill level and to encourage a unique artist style. An art show will be held the final day. The confidence students gain in creativity will spill over into other aspects of their life and education. Examples of projects may include: canvas paintings, chalk and oil pastels, watercolor paintings, 3-D art and more. Each week there will be different projects, so sign up for one or both.

This coed camp is designed for gymnasts ages 5 and up. This is for the gymnast who has never been in a gymnastics class before and would like to learn how to do a cartwheel, bridge, handstand, forward and backward rolls and round offs. We will be focusing on basic gymnastic skills while working on strength, coordination, flexibliltiy and body control. We also will be working on balance beam and bar skills.

This coed camp is designed for gymnasts ages 5 and up. This is for gymnasts who are able to do a bridge kick over. We will be focusing on cartwheels, round offs, bridge kick overs, back walkovers, front walkovers and learning how to do back backspring. We also will be wroking on balance beam and bar skills.
